How old must I be to purchase a firearm?

   Buyer must be 18 or older to purchase a rifle or shotgun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun.

I want to come to your store, why can't I find it?

   Morph's Tactical Supply is an online gun store.  We currently do not have a brick and mortar building.  At the current time, we only do local order pick-up/ background checks by appointment only.

I live in another state beside's Texas, can I still take advanage of your deals?

  ABSOLUTELY!  Buyer are responsible for compliance to your local and state laws, Background check will be done at your local FFL/Gunstore (Transfer fees may apply, inquire with your local FFL).  

What are the requirements to purchase a firearm from you?

   1.  A copy of the recieving FFL license.

   2.  Your Information, Name, Address, Phone, Number, and Email

   3.  We do not reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. 

What if I find an issue with my firearm after purchase?

  If defect is discover after the transfer, the firearm must be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (with accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy). 

I purchased a firearm from you, what's next?

Once a firearm has been purchased from our site, it will be shipped to the FFL Dealer provided.  If you were not able to submit your FFL documentation during the ordering process you can send it to morph@morphtactical.com.  Please include the following:  Name, Order Number, FFL Address,  FFL E-mail, Your Address, Phone Number, and Email Address.

Once Your Order has shipped We will email you and your chosen FFL dealer with the tracking information.  You will be responsible for any fees associated with the FFL you are picking up at. We do not accept payments for other FFL's.

Orders Placed with Morph's Tactical Supply Do not incur pick up fees when picking up locally.

Please Note Below

  • Be aware of restrictions on extended magazines and certain types of AR-15 style rifles.
  • Take your time to inspect firearms before accepting the transfer.
  • After a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. 
  • We cannot provide a full refund for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. 
  • If defect is discover after the transfer, the firearm must be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (with accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy).
